Home-made chocolates. Winging it resulted in the lovely brown/cream colouring you can see here – don’t you love it when ‘problems’ become ‘highlights’ :-) . Making chocolate the ‘proper’ way is so complicated. I read a couple of articles online and couldn’t believe it…so we chose an easy way and they turned out great. .
